We had such a great experience with Brad and his team. As first home buyers, in a ridiculously low-stock and competitive market it had been a daunting and intimidating experience. We met Brad at an open home and he was a refreshingly down-to-earth, and honest human who took the time to give us guidance and advice after we expressed how stressful our house hunt had been. We didn't end up offering on the house he first showed us, but a few days later he called us, with an off market property which he warned needed some TLC but suspected we may love so asked us to trust him and 'come see it at 5'. So we did - and he was right! So we made our offer.
