Brad came highly recommended to us and from our first phone call, he has felt like family! He is extremely professional but you can tell he is passionate about what he does. He was such a great negotiator and we were happy to be guided by him and left him to do his job. He kept us informed through every step of the process and acted with true integrity. We had a huge “disaster” 24 hours before settlement with a tenant refusing to leave. I was able to organise a Removalist after lunch and storage for the day of settlement after the tenant finally had a change of heart. This left 2 hours to vacate a unit and Brad was there sleeves rolled up helping the removalists shift out. We made settlement just in time and Brad managed to keep the buyer happy also in such a stressful situation. He truly made the whole process incredibly “easy” at least for us.
