My daughter and her husband had recommended Brad to us after they had, had great success with him selling there property and I can only he did the same for us , totally different locality, one a bay side house the other an inner city unit, just as COVID 19 was in the news. A pleasure doing business with you Brad.
We purchased a unit through Brad and he and the team have been great in providing all the details we needed, helping address some od requests from the bank, and making sure we have access to all the details we need to get services set up for our date of taking possession. Highly recommended
Brad sold our property above our expected price & in less than a fortnight! Amazing effort particularly in such challenging times. Thank you very much Brad.
It was great dealing with Brad, really was service with a smile. There was no delay getting the house on the market and numbers turning up to the open home was very reassuring considering the current climate. I was always kept up to date with potential buyers, and felt I was involved every step during the sale. I would highly recommend Brad and his expert team to get your house sold quickly and professionally.
Brad was very genuine and honest. He was happy to accommodate any requests and very knowledgeable and helpful. We would be happy to recommend him to anyone.
Brad was a pleasure to deal with, knowledgeable and efficient. He was easy to get a hold of and quick to return calls if unavailable. His guidance and support helped me feel confident when preparing my first home for sale. Brad kept me in the loop with enquiries, and qualified buyers well. Highly recommend!
Brad and his team did a terrific job during what could only be described as a difficult time at the height of the covid 19 lockdown. On top of this we were dealing with an international seller. Brad kept us up to date at all stages. He has been extremely accommodating to all of our requests during the whole process. Thanks for everything Brad
Brad balances his role well effective for both buyers and sellers. Nothing was too much trouble and he was always obliging and willing to go that extra mile. Thank you Brad we are very happy with our purchase.
This is our 4th home that Brad has sold for us in the last 12 years and the 2nd street price record. We could not be happier and would never even consider to sell with anyone else but Brad. His market knowledge, communication, professionalism, honesty and work ethic is first class and he truly goes above and beyond. I have absolutely no hesitations to recommend Brad to anyone looking to sell their property. He is such a genuine and hard working agent who is determined to secure the best price possible. Brad's experience helped make the sale such a smooth and stress free experience and we cannot thank you enough for all your hard work in guiding us through the sale of our home within such difficult and uncertain times during COVID-19. We cannot speak more highly of you and looking forward to working with you again in the future.
A big thank you to Brad’s team to help us getting the fantastic home! It’s been a pleasant experience purchasing our first property with Brads exceptional and professional services. The team is super efficient, process is smooth and communication is transparent between both parties.
