We first met Brad after being referred to him through our rental manager, and were at first skeptical that we had been simply hand-balled to the local in-house sales agent within the company. But as we started to communicate with Brad, we started to uncover a warm friendly person who was both very passionate about their job and an expert in the local market. We enlisted Brad to go ahead and market a property, and right from the beginning of the process until the successful (and very quick) sale, it has been the most pleasant and well communicated experience that we have ever had. From the initial valuation, Brad made well thought out suggestions about how we could make small improvements to our property to give it a better first impression. He arranged professional photography, listed the property online and crafted a very well worded description with the ad. Most exceptionally, I cannot rate Brad's communication highly enough. It was so refreshing to receive constant updates about the progress of the listing, open house times, potential buyers and Brad's thoughts on what our next move should be. During one negotiation, Brad advised us about the considerations of our counter offer, and always had a backup plan for our next move. He supported and never judged our decisions along the way, and when the house went under contract he continued to run open homes and court potential buyers so as not to lose momentum should the initial contract have collapsed. We have bought and sold quite alot of property in Queensland and have therefore delt with many agents in our time, and we both unequivocally shout from the hills that Brad has been the best agent we have ever worked with. In the end our sale went flawlessly and the property was sold after the first open house. The result was fantastic and we cannot offer enough thanks to Brad and his team for their excellent work. We highly recommend Brad and feel lucky to have discovered him for future work.
