We originally engaged Brad to sell our previous home approximately 6 years ago and we were so impressed with him then that we decided to engage his services when we recently sold again - and we weren't disappointed. Brad goes above and beyond in his attempts to secure the best sale possible. He puts in the time and effort to talk to people at length to answer all their questions and nothing is too much trouble. We knew that when we had an open house Brad would call within 10-15 minutes of it finishing to provide feedback every single time. We had moved out of our home when it went on the market and Brad was able to recommend a stylist to provide furniture for the house as well as any other trades we needed. His team was always quick to respond as well and could not be faulted. All of this led to a sale price and conditions that we were extremely pleased with, including a street record sale price for a low-set house. We are so pleased that we entrusted the sale of our home to Brad and without a doubt will be calling him again next time we move.

Brad has a down to earth manner which conveyed the essential ingredient of trust to us, as we are interstate and could not deal with him in person. We sold at a price marginally above his initial suggested figure, unlike other agents who proposed high and unrealistic starting points. This indicated he was in touch with this market more accurately. He constantly was in contact with any relevant news and updates throughout the sales process which is extremely reassuring when conducting a sale by 'remote control'. A very stress free experience.

Brad offered a free appraisal 6 months ago via the internet, I was hesitant as like most sales people they then hound you every few weeks to see if you are selling, I asked for at least 6 months to have a think about things before we decided what we wanted to do, true to his word he did not attempt to contact us or harass us with pushy sales . When we decided to put our house on the market, I told Brad I wanted to get an opinion of 2 other agents , that was not a problem at all for him, where the other agents were very put off and one even spoke against other agents in the area which put me straight off, we wanted our house to sell off market which again was not a problem for him, anything we asked for we received, first person through purchased our house , Brad went above and beyond to get us the best price , there was no time morning or night that I couldn’t contact him. Brad and his team made a stressful time very easy, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone trying to sell.
