We originally engaged Brad to sell our previous home approximately 6 years ago and we were so impressed with him then that we decided to engage his services when we recently sold again - and we weren't disappointed. Brad goes above and beyond in his attempts to secure the best sale possible. He puts in the time and effort to talk to people at length to answer all their questions and nothing is too much trouble. We knew that when we had an open house Brad would call within 10-15 minutes of it finishing to provide feedback every single time. All of this led to a sale price and conditions that we were extremely pleased with, including a street record sale price for a low-set house. Brad has a down to earth manner which conveyed the essential ingredient of trust to us, as we are interstate and could not deal with him in person. We sold at a price marginally above his initial suggested figure, unlike other agents who proposed high and unrealistic starting points. This indicated he was in touch with this market more accurately.
