This wasn't an easy journey and our home was quite unique and there were some external factors including a lot of noise about over supply of units, Body Corporate etc. At the start all expectations was we would achieve a quick sale. We became inpatient in the early stages and changed agent, and changed agent for a variety of reasons. It became apparent we should have stayed with Brad and his team and persevered but stress does funny things. So we went back to Brad. Reasons why, trust, ethics, empathy, honesty and a tenacious determination to get our lives moving forward and achieve our long term objectives. Brad and Madeline became trusted friends under difficult circumstances and we would recommend them to anyone wanting to sell. If your home sells quickly Brad will be your best negotiator; if you have a challenge he will work to overcome them and still be your best negotiator and not walk away from you when things get tough.
