Brad Sisson's and his team: Madeline & Paul, were truly amazing in selling our unit. Paul was the first to contact us when we showed interest in purchasing a property in Mansfield, QLD & spent the time assessing our situation before organising a meeting with the Brad. We then met Brad soon after & valued his honesty, integrity and assurance that he would be there for us every step of the way though our buying and selling process. And that he was! On the night we signed Brad as our seller agent, he informed us of an upcoming property in Carina Heights whilst keeping us abreast of all new listed properties in Mansfield and Mt Gravatt. When the Carina Heights property was listed, we fell in love and Brad and his team went far and beyond to allow us numerous visits and negotiated a great deal with the sellers including finance subject to the sale of our unit. With 2 young children, this was our saving grace as any young family in our position, we had little to no saving and was relying on our sale. The sale of our unit did not happen as quickly as we all anticipated and the market was also not kind to us. Brad's professionalism, constant communication and reassurance kept us positive during a huge drop in the unit market price. He always remained positive and provided us with marketing analysis, news reports and strategies moving forward to get us the sale. His never give up attitude and creativity led us to a sale after 10 or so weeks on the market. We were very happy that we were able to get a sale as based on the marketing analysis that Brad provided, there were units still for sale in our area that had been on the market for over 100 days! During this process, Brad always maintained communication with the owners of the house in Carina Heights that we had under contract so that they were also kept abreast of our situation.
