Bought from interstate. Finally went to look week after settlement. Both seller & agent should be ashamed of condition this property was left. The filthiest house i have ever seen, agent promised vendors would have it totally cleaned b4 settlement. Not to mention structural problems which conveniently went unnoticed . Nothing in house works as it should. Remote buyers beware of this agent.

Brad has plenty of knowledge regarding the ins and outs/do's and dont's of the property sales market, he was concise and honest in his dealings with me. We did not agree on the original estimated property price, I expected much higher. Which we did end up getting closer to (from on the market to the offer acceptance was approx 7 weeks). Sometimes it does feel as though agents are trying to move the property on sooner rather than later even - like a quick turnover... this can be disappointing. Communication between Brad/Taylors and myself was good, return calls and messages were responded to quickly by Brad and the team.
