Brad was pro active and communicative throughout the entire experience. Sold in a reasonable timeframe and Brad undertook "virtual tours" for clients who were not able to attend in person. The sale was to a remote buyer and I am sure that they will be very happy with the apartment, and the service they in turn received from Brad.
