Purchasing our new home through Brad was a pleasure after spending several months attempting to get to see homes through multiple other agents. Properties were selling so fast, most of the agents did not even bother to return our emails or phone calls. We found Brad to be prompt, efficient and very knowledgeable about the property, and recent sales in the area. Brad went out of his way to assist us with issues that we were unable to attend to ourselves (due to living out of area).
