Everything went as Brad had described and planned. Valuation was on mark and the auction was smooth. The auctioneer Brad organised was very good and worked the customers well. I feel confident we received the best attention in all aspects of the sale. Very efficient.

Our experience with Brad was such an easy and smooth process during a very busy period in our lives. We were on our honeymoon during the listing and Brad was very mindful of our situation, providing updates only when required and timing things perfecty. His knowedge and understanding of the market was spot on fetching well above what we were expecting to get. I would personally recommend Brad to anyone selling their home / property.

From the first phone call Brad was very helpful and informative as well as well informed on the local market. He was able to achieve a greAt result in a prompt timeframe.

Brad was an excellent agent. He was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and caring. He expressed his views on the best marketing options and was open for discussions. Nothing requested was too much. Would highly recommend. .

Brad helped us greatly in selling our family home in Lambton. He helped us choose the right marketing plan, and kept us up to date with progress all the way through. We are delighted with the outcome. I highly recommend Brad to any prospective seller.

This is the second property listed and sold by this agent for us. Brad provided detailed research of the market, his recommendations were accurate and informed. From the first meeting Brad was completely focused on a successful outcome, he went out of his way to assist as the vendor was unable to travel freely. It is impossible to rate this agent high enough, but if you wish to achieve a timely and satisfactory sale then Brad will be the agent for you. Thank you Brad for an outstanding success.

We had Brad recommended to us from a friend when we were wanting to sell our home. From the moment we met Brad his professionalism shone through and we booked him on the spot. We could not be happier with this decision. His knowledge of the local area and his expertise in real estate gave us confidence he was the man for the job. This was our first time selling a house and Brad made us feel at ease throughout the whole process. Selling can be daunting and Brad always took the time to thoroughly explain the process. He never made us feel embarrassed to ask what we thought, at times, were probably silly questions. It felt like we were talking with an old friend while he still maintained such a high level of professionalism. His communication was top notch. He kept us both updated on a daily basis with the progress of the marketing campaign/sale. Behind him is a fantastic team including a photographer and videographer who really made our house come to life and shine. This is why we believe our house generated so much buyer interest and ultimately sold at a price well above our expectation. We loved having Brad sell our home. If you’re looking for an agent to join you on this journey please do yourself a favour and book Brad.

Brads professionalism and communications with both Tracie and I were exceptional through the entire sales process. Brad's management along with the excellent marketing campaign no doubt led to the sale of our property. The outcome was fantastic.

Brad worked extremely hard to sell our property. The amount of interest he generated and the number of people he showed through was beyond our expectations whether it was open house or private viewings. Brad kept us in the picture at all times and we rate his selling ability as first class We would not hesitate in recommending Brad and The Agency to anyone

My husband and I have moved from Victoria to be near all our family here in Newcastle. The move interstate, searching for a home etc was quite daunting. Fortunately Brad was recommended to us, and all fell into place beautifully. We found Brad to be a real gentleman, no pushiest or real estate ‘speak’. He was reliable, helpful and a delight to deal with. We felt secure, we trusted Brad and he was a man of his word. The purchase of the home went so smoothly......and we are very happy and relieved it went so well, Thankyou Brad. We would highly recommend Brad to anyone looking to sell or buy. Professionally, we couldn’t fault him, and personally he is a genuinely lovely person and we wish him all the very best.

Everything about the process from start to finish was meticulous. Brad has a lovely, patient manner about him where nothing is too much trouble. His communication throughout the campaign was excellent, his knowledge of our area was second to none and he came through with a fantastic result on auction day. Cant recommend highly enough!

Brad was very helpful in assisting us purchase our first property. He was always available to answer any questions and guided us through the whole process.
