Todd Property were pretty amazing ! I had listed my property elsewhere prior to Todd Property and it was such a slow moving, uncommunicative process so I moved agencies to Todd Property. I gave Brad a challenge to sell my property within 2 weeks as I had an interstate building sign off deadline to meet. Brad listened to my predicament, said he couldn't promise the sale in my timeline but would try his hardest to get me there, and we nutted out a new upbeat description and photo shuffle plan that resulted in my property being SOLD 4 days later.
