We engaged Brad to sell our rural block, which we had purchased through him several years earlier. Brad knew what the market would pay, and he was right on target. Nice aerial photos of the block taken by Brad with his Drone, certainly helped paint the block in a good light. We purchased our first house through Brad, Very Honest and Reliable. He was Patient with the Fact we had to wait three weeks to sign contracts due to the Free Stamp Duty that came in on July 1. I liked the fact he is a small Agency therefore giving personal attention to every Client. the Building Inspection Company and Conveyancer he recommended to us were also Great to Deal with.
