A brochure regarding 8 Victoria Avenue Perth arrived in the mail and we noticed the apartment next to ours was on the market. After a previous unsuccessful attempt to sell 2 years ago we decided to go to the home open and meet Brad. We later met with him and decided to use him as our agent knowing that we had to seriously reduce our previous asking price. Whilst we only had one offer under the asking price we stood firm and with Brad's negotiations we got within our asking price after 3 weeks on the market.
