Gives you a great deal of confidence throughout the process knowing that you'll get any new details as soon as they're available. It's a hard market to negotiate in, but I felt Brad did his best to get the most for my property. Courtney Mitchell, who works with Brad, was also superb. Taking care of a lot of details promptly, to make the process as stress-free as possible.
