Worst experience possible when selling a house. For the love of your sanity dont use these people!

The agent had poor knowledge of the house and its origins. Unable to provide accurate year of build. Attempted to appear more knowledgeable than he was in some areas. Toilet at the property had been disconnected from the water to hide the fact that it leaks. Upon any requests from the buyer, the agent would immediately refer to the other offers made on the property. Agent constantly recommended his own preferred broker and badgered regarding finance. Once approved, agent made comments that he didn’t think it would get approved though the selected bank. However, agent was always very responsive. Would almost always answer phone calls or call back in a timely fashion. Agent provided timely updates thought. Agent provided a lovely choice of gift post settlement.

Brad went above and beyond what was expected from him. There were a few hiccups along the way, none of which was his fault, but he went out of his way to help out. Got a higher price than I was expecting. And a very fast sale. If you are looking for a highly motivated agent, I would highly recommend Brad.
