Brad was great to deal with right from the first meeting, he was very helpfull with all the paperwork most of wich i didnt understand but he patiently explained everything i needed to know in way that i could understand, and he has has been following up regularly to make sure everything's going as it should.

What I liked most of all was how he would phone after every inspection and give us feedback on the prospective buyers opinions , he also followed up on interested buyers.
