Brad and Sophie both managed our selling process and they were always available, responsive, genuine and professional. Vision have good knowledge of their territory and are a pleasure with whom to deal. Would I recommend them to sell your house? yes.
We found Brad to be a professional real estate agent! Our whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. We were first time vendors, with lots of questions and he guided us through the process with ease. Brad was easy to communicate with and had an extensive knowledge of the market, with great advice given along the way. We wouldn’t trust anyone else with the selling of our house!
I would certainly recommend Brad and his team to anyone wishing to buy a property.
Brad and the vision team was absolutely great throughout the whole sale from start to finish, kept us up to date and informed of everything we needed to know. Went above and beyond!
The sale of my aging mothers house located in Woolgoolga was handled very smoothly and professionally by Brad. With myself located in Sydney Brad marketed the property and generated many interested parties which he personally showed through the house and comunicated updates of how it was proceeding on a regular basis. I would reccommend Brad to any future seller. Brad is also local and grew up in theea
My experience with Brad and Sophie at Vision Real Estate exceeded expectations. After hearing good reviews about Brad and Sophie we decided to choose them as our agents. Brad and Sophie did a great job selling our grandmother's home. Brad managed to get a price above asking. Would highly recomend Brad and his team.
It was easy doing business with Brad at Vision Property Sales. We were kept up to date throughout the sale and found him to be professional, courteous and positive. It all went very smoothly and we would be happy to recommend him to a friend.
Brad has been a mentor a teacher and a realist. Brad did not tell me what I wanted to hear he educated with examples and was amazing with his patients and time over a drawn out process. Brad organised everything from having the house presentation ready for market to council requirements photographs for the advertising campaign that was nothing short of amazing. The outcome from this process has exceeded my expectations and now feeling a little low not because of the sale but knowing I won’t be getting the phone calls from one of the nicest people I have met. Thank you Brad and your amazing staff.
Brad was very helpful and quick to return communications and answer all our questions, the sale was very smooth and professional, highly recommend the team, and thanks also to Sophie.
