Agency provided great insight to the local community displayed clear and continuous communication as the mediator.

I was filled with confidence from our first meeting to discuss the sale of my sister’s property. Brad provided excellent advice that helped me maximise the opportunities the property presented. He also found me a buyer who I know will love the house as much as we did and he and his team supported me through to the completion of the sale. I am very happy with the result and highly recommend Vision Property Sales. Brad’s local knowledge and experience really made a difference.

Would like to highly recommend Brad as anyone’s realestate agent. His professionalism, outstanding service and knowledge made selling a smooth process. I appreciated all your time and patience, thanks for a fantastic result.

Well my experience with Brad & Sophie out of 10 i can honestly say 20 out of 10 as a team nothing I asked was a problem they addressed every issue professionally I have sold through Brad before and still I cannot stress the personal things have helped me along my journey a very special thanks to Brad & Sophie you two are legends👍👍

I wouldn’t want to buy and sell with anyone else. Awesome service. Quick response to any questions and always returned calls. Super friendly and easy to talk to.

Brad was very knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of our queries.

Brad and the team at Vision achieved a good result for us on the sale of our 4br house in Woolgoolga. They were confident at the outset of getting a good price and we had offers within a week. His commitment and communication was spot on. Highly recommended Vision Real Estate over the others based in Woolgoolga.

Brad Was great throughout the whole process. I couldn’t be happier with how Brad managed the sale of my property. I wouldn’t hesitate to have brad manage my future property sales.

Brad worked well beyond expectations 😁

Brad’s communication was excellent. He kept us up to date throughout the entire sales process. Brad’s knowledge of the local market enabled us to achieve a respectable price for our property under difficult circumstances.

As a buyer rather than a seller I found Brad and the team at Vision to be professional and efficient to work with. Brad and Sophie were considerate, strategic and accommodating from the first inspection through to sale. Brad's knowledge and understanding of his local market is self evident and clients on both sides of the selling and buying spectrum can be confident in his transparent and ethical interaction and communication.

Brad was great from start to finish. He organised a bunch of inspections last minute for us with a really tight schedule. He was very understanding with our situation and helped us achieve our end result which we did not think would be possible at times. No matter what time of day he was always available for a call or question. Definitely recommend Brad and the team at Vision
