After having Brad do an initial market appraisal early 2020 we felt very comfortable and confident to sell our property with him for 2021. With his expertise he guided us to market in 2020 with a very satisfactory outcome. We were very skeptical to market early as we were unable to attend and have the house presented properly with covid restrictions. However he confidently showed our home to many bringing lots of offers. I believe he fully understands the expectations of the vendors and the buyer which realistically makes for a great agent to marry the two together.
