I met Brad when I was first looking to buy a house in the Woolgoolga area over 10 years ago, that interaction left no doubt in my mind that he would be the person I contacted when it came time to sell my house. Brad has to be one of the most honest and realistic Realestate Agents I have ever met, not once has there been any rubbish sales tactics or over exaggerated expectations set. Brad and the team at Vision have been helpful from start to finish not only with the sales process but they where there for advise throughout the renovation process too, Brad even stopped by for a visit one day and happily helped out with some minor demo work. Brad's experience mixed with his local knowledge, honesty and just being a decent bloke put him above the rest. All of this clearly extends throughout the whole team at Vision as every interaction was met with the same characteristics. Brad and the team made everything about the sale so easy and went above and beyond to help when I was restricted to QLD during Covid. Without Brad going that extra mile and his support, I do not think I could have got through the renovations and sale of my house as well as I did. If I could use Brad to purchase or sell houses in QLD then I would, he will be the first person I contact when I decide to come back to Woolgoolga or Coffs Coast area. Unlike many agents we have dealt with before Brad didn’t try and make out our property was worth way more than it was, he was realistic with us but at the same time optimistic. His easy going approach and straight talking was exactly what we wanted. It took just over a week from the day the property was listed to have not one but two offers both above our expectations and finally settling at a price $25k over the listed price. I think that says enough.
