Brad is friendly with good communication skills. Organised a Whats app to share information, after first meeting, including the team we were liaising with. We were kept up to date after all inspections, and given all comments by groups that inspected. All people involved were pleasant to deal with. Planning the dates and times for inspections were discussed and changed when necessary, to accommodate our changing lives.
