I wanted to sell, but I didn't want the fuss with going on market. Brad was the only agent that was able to do that, and the the price that I wanted. Other agents wanted me to go on market even though I expressed my frustration in doing so. Brad has the name in the area and has an extensive mailing list that my requirements were met seamlessly. Couldn't recommend him and his team highly enough
We cannot recommend Brad Wilson and his team enough for selling our house. Brad and the team make it a smooth process buying or selling as they are very good at what they do even selling house whilst we were overseas. Knowledge of the areas and the communication is always on point. 100% use Brad and the team if you are buying or selling
Brad is very hands on. He ans his team addressed my concerns promptly, gave me reports every after house inspections and follow-ups with the potential buyers.
It has been an absolute please working with Brad for both the purchase of my new home and the sale of my existing property simultaneously. This was at times very stressful for me while trying to manage a busy IT job, but Brad's knowledge, professionalism and transparency made the process easy and is no doubt what makes him the best in his field. I'd also like to call out his amazing supporting team for their great communication and quick responses to my relentless questions! I highly recommend Brad and his team as I couldn't wish for a better outcome - he found my ideal property through fully understanding my criteria and then sold my existing home from the very first open home for more than I expected. I will definitely be engaging Brad again in the future.

We found Brad and his team when we were inspecting a property to buy and was highly impressed with their service and the way the house was presented. We engaged Brad to sell our property and honestly couldn't fault anything. From the moment of our first enquiry up until today we have been provided 5 star service and couldn't be happier with our choice. If we ever require assistance in selling again we will definitely be approaching Brad and he's team again! Thank you so much for everything :)
