Brad and the team were fantastic. Brad kept me regularly updated on progress and when the sale price fell well short of what I wanted (due to the declining market), Brad kept at it and after only a short time came back with much better prices. He was able to get 2 buyers to fight it out until he had a price that I was extremely satisfied with. I can't fault the entire experience, including the small touches to keep my tenants happy during the disruption of open houses etc. Highly recommended!
