Brad has provided the best service possible. We had high expectations given his ratings, but he exceeded these with his hard work, communication on the market, buyer interest in my property and honest feedback. Always the professional ready to go above and beyond, day or night, weekday or weekend.
I found Brad to be very professional, and communication was very good, I always knew what was happening. Brad sold our house for a very good price on the very 1st open home. I can highly recommend Brad and all of his team. Definitely 5 out of 5. 👍
Brad helped me with all the details of selling property and went extra mile to get best price. Top agent very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend you use him as your agent
Was very impressed with service I received Would defiantly use Brad again
Brad was on the ball from the beginning. Quick to respond to any questions, even at times I thought I would not hear back for sometime. He was efficient and always on time to appointments, and open homes, even on crutches!
Brad and his team were fantastic! They were all so friendly, professional and they know the market. We are so glad that we entrusted Brad with the sale of our home as he made the process so seamless. He is a great communicator, very personable and most importantly Brad can sell houses!
Working with Brad to sell my property was a stress free experience. Would recommend him. 🙂
Brad demonstrated the utmost professionalism throughout the whole process. He was very knowledgeable of the market and provided us with advice to achieve the best possible sale outcome. Brad also went above and beyond with the pre-sale requirements - we never felt the need to chase as Brad kept us in the loop and communicated frequently. We cannot recommend him and his team enough. Sincere thanks to Brad and the Ray White team for assisting us with the sale of our property!
Brad and his team met all our expectations and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly for us. So many FOR SALE signs in the area have his name on them and the SOLD sticker has always quickly followed! Great at communicating every step of the way and always willing to help with whatever was required to get the home sale ready. You will not regret your decision to entrust this team with your home.
Brad and his team were very good at keeping me updated with progress on the sale of my property. He changed the marketing strategy on a weekly basis and achieved a very good sale price for my property. I would highly recommend Brad and his team to sell your house. Brian Loxton
