Braden discussed with my wife and I what he thought would be an achievable result but he asked my wife and I to trust his judgement and allow him to lead and direct the campaign. From observing how he operates it is 100% clear that Braden knows how the market works and how to sell a property for a maximum return within the given market. Braden specialises in an area where property sells itself so why do you need an agent? In my opinion and because property sells itself in Bradens area, it is vital to use an agent who can get you over and above what just sticking a sign board out with a for sale sign on it gets you. Braden verbally said to me if you want to sell it yourself then you will have absolutely no issue doing so, however I will maximise your return more so than what you could, just let me run the campaign!!! It all makes perfect sense. The difference in commission for the agent is very little weather they sell a property for market value (or less) or get $100,000 ++ more. Braden strives to achieve the best possible result by putting in the hard yards, doing his homework and keeping all clients happy by striving to achieve over and above expectation. Anyone can sell a place in the inner west suburbs of Sydney, but if you want a proactive, hardworking agent who will strive to get you more for your property then look at using Braden Walters. To be honest when Braden told me what price he believed he could get for our town house I really thought that he was from another planet. Was I wrong!!!! This man is truly a professional.
