Braden was very affable on the phone but that’s where the plosives stopped . Braden was extremely slow in returning calls to the point of not returning calls to me for over a week during a critical stage of seeking an extension on settlement largely due to Covid .This failure to return calls to me and also my Belle Property agent in Sydney who was selling my house , made a stressful time even more stressful. Because of Covid I couldn’t physically be at the walk thru day before settlement. My daughter was there but was busy making sure the FaceTime worked with the seller of the property . It wasn’t until I moved in that I found the black toilets in the two bathrooms of the guest house and the disgustingly dirty kitchen . My agent in Sydney told me that at the point of settlement the house should always receive a deep clean the same as at the end of rental lease . I had that done on the sale of my house . It was a thorn in my side to find the conditions in the two houses when I moved in . Belle Properties Lenno Head sent me an email asking me to rate Braden’s service . I did , outlining why I was not happy with the serve . Just so people know Belle Properties Lennox Head only post the positive reviews not the negative ones so people chose carefully when you chose an agent to handle your property .
