One of the three most traumatic,things is selling your home. To select just the right person is a major thing , trusting a stranger to sell the most valuable thing you own, is huge . Here’s the BUT, from the time I meant Braden I felt nothing but trust, he knew exactly what I wanted and how to achieve it. He dealt with my son in Sydney and me here, we both knew exactly what was happening, at all times. Braden achieved what I wanted, in a relativly short time. I can not speak more highly of him.

Braden came to me on a recommendation from a friend in Sydney, he had handled their property sale in Newtown, it was suggested that now Braden had relocated to my area he would be an excellent starting point, for my proposed sale. They were not wrong, Braden was full of enthusiasm, and understood my brief for locating a smaller property, and selling my home. Hopefully out of one into another. He drove me around Lennox and seem to know what was coming onto the market. When my energy was waning his grew. I have not sold or bought a home on my own, so was really comfortable with all that he was doing to get me the property to fill my brief. We have found the single level property, Braden arranged the building and pest inspections,, everything is going ahead. Braden made me feel as if I was his only client, I know that's not the case but he was never in a hurry, giving me all his attention.
