Braden was really friendly and helpful. A pleasure to deal with. He was always willing to offer suggestions or work with us to achieve the desired outcome. However, we found communications with him to be unpredictable and challenging at times. We often had to follow up our email or SMS. We realise that things get busy, especially in the current environment, but many times we didn't get an answer to our communication attempts. Maybe he / the office needs an assistant?

One of the three most traumatic,things is selling your home. To select just the right person is a major thing , trusting a stranger to sell the most valuable thing you own, is huge . Here’s the BUT, from the time I meant Braden I felt nothing but trust, he knew exactly what I wanted and how to achieve it.
