My original listed price was $925,000. Range $875,000-$925,000. Braden waited for customers to come through before he said at least we know it is between $800,000-$880,000. Reduced to $855,000 then $845,000. When I said Braden had two weeks as the listing had expired, the price immediately dropped $65,000. Anyone can sell on price.

After settlement Braden was on holidays overseas but was still texting and responding to organize the keys to be delivered to me. After the sale he helped me with a few enquiries.
