Bradley was very easy to deal with. No ask was too great and he demonstrated a great deal of patience during a very trying time. He was completely honest during our whole experience and never promised anything that he couldn't deliver. I had dealt with other agents previously who quoted higher sale prices but never delivered. So of course when we went on the hunt looking for our first home, we heard all of the real estate agent horror stories. Well our story couldn't be any further from the things I heard. Brad was incredible! His market knowledge was second to none, living in the area Brad knew the 'pockets' and all Pine Rivers property secrets ;) Being a buyer and Brad being the sellers agent, he communicated extremely efficiently, fluently and with honesty. He was professional, friendly and available for any questions we had, being first home buyers with the dream to renovate..there were quite a few!
