Recently i sold a property through David Deane specifically using Brad as the Agent, through the process he was outstanding, there was never a question in relation to honesty or integrity. By the time it went to sale it took 1 open house, and we got much more than we expected due to the preparation we did with Brads guidance. Typically that is where agents finish, however we were having difficulties with the Agent we were buying our new house from, Brad stood in on numerous occasions assisting us with this purchase, and navigating the more unscrupulous other agent, he offered to do this free of charge as he saw our situation, and it is in his nature to help.
