Brad and the team at Wilson were great to deal with, basically helped me purchase the property I was interested in within 3 days of initial contact, and always very responsive to the many calls I made in that time. The deal was complicated as it was in my SMSF.
Being my first buying experience I found Brad to be super helpful throughout the whole process. He was always prompt when replying to emails and phone calls and all my questions have been answered. I found him to be authentic and genuine throughout the buying process which was refreshing. He made a rather stressful experience enjoyable. I have dealt with many real estate agents, most of whom unfortunately have lived up to the reputation of a typical agent. However, dealing with Bradley was by far the best experience I have had with an agent. He was extremely honest and ethical at the same time (can't say this for a lot of other agents), and most importantly was a good communicator. As soon as he heard any news he would contact me straight away. This was a breath of fresh air as past agents I have dealt with have been terrible communicators. It was a simple process dealing with Bradley, and I would recommend him to anyone.
