This is my first experience in selling and I can not thank Branko and the team at Jas enough. Branko and Helen always kept me updated on what was going on and coming up during the whole process and were easy to get on to whenever I had questions. No question was too much trouble for these guys and I felt very comfortable in being able to ask all the silly questions I needed to. Would definitely recommend Branko and Jas Stephens to anyone.
Branko was a great agent to deal with throughout our home hunting journey. From start to finish Branko was a superb, professional real estate agent who I had complete faith in handling the sale of my property. He had an excellent knowledge of the market and I was extremely happy with the final result of the sale.
Branko was very friendly right from the beginning. Prior to seeing the property, I had called him to get a better understanding of the asking price. Branko was very professional and upfront with me in regards to a price range that the vendors were after. Having met him at the first inspection, Branko was more than happy to answer any questions we had, and on the occasion that he didn't have the answer, he promised to check with the vendors and get back to me. This he is did without fail. Being a professional salesman, Branko referred me through to the leasing department of Jas Stephens, this benefited both of us, they obviously got the business and we were able to quickly obtain a rental appraisal for our current place so we knew our exact position when speaking to the bank for a preapproval. Leading up to the auction was such a nervous time for us, but Branko was there to answer all of our questions, and even agreed to a private inspection for us to organise a builder inspector to come out. Communication with Branko was easy, almost always available on the mobile - otherwise he'd call us back. We'd recommend Branko to anyone selling their home.

This knowledge was combined with a short,sharp,efficient and collaborative campaign.Communications during the campaign were clear and to the point, along with the pre auction documentation.
