Our sale process was great from start to end, but what really set it apart is that our auction was planned to take place 4 days after the physical property auction ban was announced in Victoria due to coronavirus. Branko and the team at Jas Stephens did a fantastic job pulling the auction ahead and running it live over Zoom video conferencing, a first all of us and allowing the "auction vibe" to be retained and provided us with a great result in very uncertain buying conditions. Branko kept us fully informed through the whole process and was a pleasure for us to work with again, having sold us the same home in 2007.
