I’ve found myself leaving a review here because on RealEstate.com I was limited to 500 characters for my review - which isn’t enough to explain how awesome Brayden is. We had been looking to buy for 2+ years and have probably encountered every single agent that looks after Brisbane’s western / south-western suburbs. I would say as a cumulative group, every agent I dealt with prior to Brayden would have averaged maybe 2.5 out of 5 stars. I’d give Brayden 10 out of 5 stars. Brayden is a breath of fresh air. He is kind, funny, personable, approachable, genuine, thorough, transparent, and more. Any positive word you could think of to describe your ideal agent… Brayden ticks the box. We were SO over the egotistical, snarky, arrogant agents. Even the few that weren’t as bad, I would say were just average/neutral. Brayden is light years beyond all other agents in every aspect. He was enjoyable to deal with, understanding, accommodating, and just an awesome guy. You end up feeling like you’ve made a friend. Even before we bought from him, my interactions with Brayden on houses we missed out on were ones where I would share screenshots of the text conversation with family and friends to be like “look how nice this guy is”. Not only that but he will share bad news with the same level of transparency as good news. I’m so glad Brayden ended up being the agent that sold us our first home. The agent experience was something that really mattered to us, especially after having dealt with so many awful agents. We just wanted to be able to look back on it all and think “he was so awesome”. I hope Brayden is still in the industry when we decide to sell our home one day, because I will choose him in a heart beat. On paper, he does his job exceptionally, and then for the parts you can’t quantify - he is even more exceptional.

Brayden went above and beyond for me during the recent sale of my home. Nothing was ever too hard and he was consistently available, responding to all of my enquiries in record time. He was respectful, enthusiastic and genuinely interested in achieving the best outcome for my family. The sale was tricky (in came during the 2022 Brisbane flood) but he never took a backward step. He worked tirelessly to get a great price for my property and I’ll be forever grateful. Highly recommend.
