Zoe made our home purchase experience pretty easy. She was very prompt in her replies and always communicated with us what was happening with the sellers. We dealt with quite a number of agents while looking for our home and Zoe stood out to us from the get go. She accommodated out of hours inspections and kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. I would not only recommend her but she will be my first call if or when we decide to sell.

Zoe worked with us on both the purchase of our new home and sale of our old. We have found this process seamless due to Zoe’s extremely hard work on both sides. Zoe and the team are compassionate, diligent and kind, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for an agent in the Brisbane area.

Zoe Hinton was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the outset, she was incredibly personable, which made a stressful experience go smoothly and feel manageable. Her communication was always clear, timely, and professional, ensuring we felt informed and confident every step of the way. What really stood out was how she consistently went above and beyond expectations, offering genuine support and guidance that made a real difference. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Zoe to anyone looking for a dedicated and trustworthy real estate agent.

I first met Kristina at the site of the inspection of what is now my family's forever home back in February. COmmunication was very open and withut agenda, I was encuraged to give feedback about the property. This place went off the market for many months, and I was delighted to see it pop back up on the apps. We re-established contact with Kristina who had the goals of the family who loved this home before us at heart. She guided us through the process and her colleagues and associates such as the auctioneer were very transparent, gave us very good, unbiased and correct advice that potentially got us out of a bit of hot water. Kristina went the extra mile (or fifty!) to get all the contracts and settlement details finalised. She went so far us to collect signatures from us in the evening if the situation warranted which was a true representation of her flexibility and client focus. Even through some tense moments, and some circumstances that required more diplomacy than your run-of-the-mill foreign minister... Kristina came through. I felt comfortable knowing she would always do the right thing and would not compromise her values. Kristina might tell you she always finds the right people for the right house, and this statement could not be more accurate. She has made my family's dreams come true, and I have already recommended her to my friends and family. She is a rare gem of honesty in a market that seems to be full of people wanting to convince you to their point of view. Kristina works with your world-view and is never pushy or condescending, which was what I found unconscionable in most other agents. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you Kristina. I hope to see you again sometime. R, J, E and Z. xx

Kristina was relatable and personable throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend her again and again.
