From our first meeting with Bree and our preliminary discussions about selling our home it was clear she knew exactly what was going on in our neighbourhood and she came armed with information that educated us about current market sales. When we listed our property with Bree she always responded to every query immediately and gave us great little video updates every few nights to let us know what was happening. We were so involved in the process and never felt left in the lurch - I believe our potential buyers would have felt the same also. Our open homes were always fully booked and she navigated through them with professionalism, even during the lockdown. Bree sold our investment property in 2021. The ACT went into lockdown a week before we were ready to go onto the market. Bree kept us in the loop every step of the way as to the various changes in restrictions and worked with us to negotiate the restrictions and get our place on the market but still get an excellent price for our property.
