Bree has been tremendous at her work! She displayed an authoritative knowledge of the market. She gave us the opportunity to share our circumstances and then presented us with the process. She kept us informed and advised throughout the process. Bree has always been available when we had any questions and always provided us regular updates on how our listing was tracking. She's been working collaboratively with us to achieve the results. We're so glad we went through with Hive and really thankful to Bree and her team!

If I could give 10 out of 5 stars, I would! A big thankyou to Bree and the Hive Property team for a beyond expectations result selling my property. Professional and amazing communication throughout the whole process. If you are thinking about selling your property, don’t go through anyone else but Hive.

From our first meeting with Bree and our preliminary discussions about selling our home it was clear she knew exactly what was going on in our neighbourhood and she came armed with information that educated us about current market sales. When we listed our property with Bree she always responded to every query immediately and gave us great little video updates every few nights to let us know what was happening. We were so involved in the process and never felt left in the lurch - I believe our potential buyers would have felt the same also. Our open homes were always fully booked and she navigated through them with professionalism, even during the lockdown. Bree went above and beyond for us in order to get our sale through and meet our expectations. She is an amazing agent who is constantly on her A Game! I cannot sing her praises enough.

Bree sold our investment property in 2021. The ACT went into lockdown a week before we were ready to go onto the market. Bree kept us in the loop every step of the way as to the various changes in restrictions and worked with us to negotiate the restrictions and get our place on the market but still get an excellent price for our property.

Bree was so supportive throughout the whole process - start to finish. No question was left unanswered and no problem was too big! Bree constantly kept me in the loop and made sure the property was up to scratch on settlement day. Couldn't have asked for a better agent to work with!

From the moment we met Bree we knew that our real estate needs were in the right hands! From the sale of our house to the purchase of our new home, she understood our needs perfectly. She was honest, friendly, professional and went above and beyond to secure us a great price. The work that she put in surpassed any expectations we had. She kept us up to date throughout the process and provided advice and recommendations when needed - from mortgage brokers, to solicitors - the whole deal. The efforts that she then put in to help us find our forever home was amazing. Real estate can be daunting but with Bree we felt confident that we would find exactly what we were after. We cannot recommend her enough! Thank you Bree, and to the wider Hive team!

We are thrilled with the result Bree achieved for us. Right from the start, she knew exactly how to market our property. Bree took all of the hard work out of our hands and made selling the place a breeze. Bree and her team kept us updated at every step and she superbly negotiated a fantastic sales price prior to auction. We highly recommend Bree to anyone looking to sell.

From the moment we had first meeting with Bree there was a realistic discussion about expectations, market demand and best way to handle the sale. Bree and the Hive team took care of everything from organising quotes and meeting tradesman, carpet layers, removalists everything that takes up your time when your selling. The remarkable aspect of this sale was the fact that Bree was able to secure the sale during the full lockdown where access to the property was not allowed and Bree was dealing with some very anxious sellers. Bree took the challenges in her stride and took to alternative marketing approaches to ensure the sale went through. Highly recommend Bree and the Hive team.

Bree was great to deal with and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their property. Bree is a great communicator and kept us regularly informed and was responsive to all of our queries. Bree worked with our property manager and solicitor to make our experience as smooth and efficient as possible and facilitate a very quick sale. Bree has excellent market knowledge and was able to get the price and settlement conditions we wanted. I will definitely ask Bree to sell for us again.

Bree Prince was absolutely phenomenal. Not only was she knowledgeable and professional, but she went above and beyond. Before signing up to work with Bree, I had met with three other realestate agents. She was the only one to ask in depth questions, show enthusiasm, and her phone manner had won me over even before meeting her in person. Anyone looking to sell in the market should 100% get in touch with Bree, you'd be crazy not too as she's the best there is.

We engage Bree to sell our home in Scullin. I think all sellers know it is a crazy time to sell and buy, but she was confident and present during the whole process. She made it all seem easy and kept us grounded. The price was above our expectations and while that was partly a function of the market, I have no problem accepting that it was also in large measure to do with Bree's professionalism, negotiation skills, and market knowledge. Thank you to Bree, Sophie, Jason and the whole HIVE team - you were great.

Bree Prince is an experienced and professional agent. She worked in our best interests to secure us a great price for our home. Bree even supported us afterwards to buy the next house. I would recommend Bree to anyone looking for an experienced and capable agent.
