Brendan was really easy to deal with. He was only a phone call away if we needed any information. We feel we got a fair deal on the unit we purchased through Brendan & felt really confident buying it through him. After looking at different properties we knew this was the one we wanted & were quick to put an offer in. Brendan contacted the owner immediately & with a few negations through Brendan we agreed on price that both the owner & ourselves were happy with. Brendan came over to our house, which meant I didn't have to go back to the real estate again, & we signed all the papers in complete confidence as Brendan explained everything to us & what we were signing for. He is quick to get the get ball rolling which is great as it is quite a process when buying so the sooner everything is organized the better. I was also happy he worked so quick no one had a chance to come in & put a higher price on ours once we had that contract signed. This was an investment unit for us & if we are in a position in the future to purchase another one, we will contact Brendan again to keep his eye out for one for us.
