We met Brendan after we had already spoken to his sister, Bec about selling our property. Brendan had a very positive and flexible approach to our sale and gave us even more confidence. They work extremely well together. There was no trying to talk us into auction but did leave that option open if the market pointed that way. One open for inspection, nine groups and four offers. Sold day one! So happy!!

Brendan has been our agent for many years now, both buying from him and getting him to sell our homes over the last decade. Our Tallebudgera Valley property we loved so much but the timing was right for us to move back to Scotland, in a very difficult falling market he was calm and kept myself and and partner informed every step of the way. I think personally the difference between using a agent that has a hand full off listings compared to some other real estate agents in the same area who have bulk listings with less one on one time with you the seller to maximise your final sale price is huge. As the headline says... Brendan & his team at Stone Palm Beach were nothing short of great to work with. They were straight to the point with everything. Clear & concise. Never, did we feel like we were dealing with the typical real estate sales pitch. All I asked for was a genuine "no jargon" appraisal. We got exactly that & ended up listing the house for sale with them. The initial meet with Brendan was like I was speaking to a mate. He never once put anyone else's interest in front of ours and always gave us advice from his professional background & experience to then allow us to make a decision ourselves, which was great! We really enjoyed working with Brendan & his team. They aren't your classic real estate agent team. They were always there for us and wouldn't recommend them highly enough to use as an agent!
