Brendan obviously was working for his vendor, as you would expect. As prospective (and ultimate) purchaser, we had yet to put our own house on the market. Brendan & Rania were great, couldn’t fault their service. The only negative thing is the advertising costs are rather high. Although I had an offer quite quickly- it was not from the advertising as far as I am aware. As soon as an offer had been accepted by myself (5 days after initial advertisement) it dropped to the bottom of the listings. Just because I had accepted an offer I think it should have still been at least near the top if the listings.
Brendan was great to work with, if he didn’t know the answer to one of my questions I could always count on him to get straight back to me. He was a pleasure to deal with.
