My wife and I bought a magnificent house with a slew and a slough of problems. That's what happens when you buy a house 110 years old. We knew that and we expected that. What we didn't expect that was that the real estate agent, Brendan King, would stand by us after the sale and help us at every step of the way. The builders he has connected us with are the bees knees, this isn't our first house and we had forgotten that bees knees builders still exist. Brendan has connected us, has gone out his way to send us the left over fliers at my request and has gone out his way to make sure that the sale was a good sale long after the deeds had been transferred into our name.
