An amazing agent!

Brendon did an amazing job selling my investment property in Pakenham. I live in WA. I needed an agent I could rely on to be honest, fair and efficient. Communicating between states with a 3 hour time difference is not an easy task ... a task that Brendon managed brilliantly. Brendon sold my house for a lot more than I expected. Brendon sold my house in 2 weeks!! I haven't sold a house before so there was a lot I didn't know. I was nervous with my own lack of knowledge. Brendon explained every step of the way simply, kept me up to date and above all else showed exemplary integrity by ensuring I got the best price for my house and my long term tenant was looked after (this was important to me). I highly recommend Brendon ... I cannot rate him high enough!!!
