His assistant sent a code to my phone and asked for me to read it out for me to realise later on she used it to write up a fake review under the property I purchased of how great Brendan was. It was far from the truth. I'm assuming every single one of those reviews are all fake. Once the deposit was taken i was constantly ignored. Il be putting in a formal complaint to ray white head office on how the instructions from my lawyer were ignored by you

We sold in two weeks at a price we were very happy with and Brendan was always available to talk when we had any questions. Brendan has sold 3 homes for us! It was only by chance for us that we decided to go with Brendan in the first instance. We had spoken to another agent and were going to go ahead with him but at last minute, through Brendan's persistence, we decided to go with him on the basis of his perserverance. We know how this works. If the agent is persistent and hard working, they never let a good buyer or a good opportunity slide! The first house sale went smooth. An easy exchange and we were happy with the price. It was a good marker. The second sale was slightly more complicated. We had a buyer rescind before cooling off ended but luckily, Brendan wasted no time and found us another buyer straight away, proving himself to be proactive and hardworking. We weren't greedy so it sold reasonably fast. The third sale was a headache. In a cooling market, we didn't quite get the price we wanted but we know Brendan worked every bone in his body to get this sale in the end. The buyer dwindled on us after their own house sale hit a roadhump so their reps gave us a hard time. Luckily, the buyer took well to Brendan due to his demeanor and mannerisms so the sale went through in the end. He did it again! We can vouch for the fact that this is a hardworking bloke and we wouldn't hesitate to go back the fourth time. Good job and thanks mate!
My mother and I initially had our property listed with another local real estate agent and to say that we were disappointed was an understatement. The first three weeks of going onto the market nothing happened there there was no communication, no open homes and no inspections. After 2 and half months of little to no activity we withdrew our property from sale and decided to give it a rest at this point we were feeling extremely deflated and our plans to move to North Queensland were definitely put on the back burner. As a Principal and Licensee of my own agency, I of course took on the sale of my mother’s home in Bradbury. Renovations, staging & marketing we’re all done, but week after week, no buyer’s at all at the Open Homes.
