It is clear that Brendan is very good at what he does. He made a very good impression and maintained contact with us over six months until we were ready to sell. However, as first time vendors, we were looking for someone who was prepared to do a little more hand-holding as we had no experience being on this side of the table and felt perhaps communication about real issues could have been improved. Brendan displayed a great drive to sell the property we purchased. On the odd occasion that he didnt answer the phone he obviously had a series of prepared measures to ensure the client knew what he was doing and exactly when he would return your call.
