Poor communication other than Texting us a response when we wanted feedback from a Home open. Not a lot of help or effort for 30k worth of commission, no urgency in following up, and most importantly not being able to work out who is and who isn’t a qualified buyer. poor photos and advertising which cost the best part of 3k. Plus point ? the settlement agent he recommended was brilliant ( Jordan at Express Settlements)
