Got a reasonable offer in 2 days and sold the property in about 30 days from first advertised. Fees a bit on the high side, but if you get to sell at a your price then that should not be a big problem. Contract was worded well so I dint have to bend backwards to please the buyer. He would always return calls and provide advice when needed. It is my first house sold so I can not compare with other Agents, but it was sold quick and as I said at a reasonable price, so I am pleased.
