Being a Mortgage Broker, I had the choice of agents that I have known for many years and it was not a hard choice to engage Brendan to assist us given his professionalism as well as his nice genuine persona. Gave us great advice, kept us posted throughout the sale and always spoke to anyone willing to make an offer or organise an inspection. I our situation our buyer actually came from a personal inspection which Brendan organise following a mid week phone call. Within a few days of that inspection we had a contract on our house.
