When it came time to sell our investment property we first contacted the on-site manager to ask about selling but it soon became apparent that we needed to find someone that was going to look after our best interests instead of their own. After receiving a letter from Brendan about recent sales in the area we decided to start with him. After speaking with him I was really impressed with his knowledge of the area and also of his knowledge of the current market conditions.
